研究γ-射线对小鼠遗传学的影响及重组人超氧化物歧化酶(rhSOD)抗放作用.方法:实验用甲基纤维素缩集法计算淋巴细胞微核率,活体秋水仙素法进行骨髓染色体畸变率分析.结果:(1)4.0Gy γ线能明显增加小鼠淋巴细胞微核细胞率,微核率和骨髓染色体畸变率.(2)rhSOD可减轻射线所至小鼠淋巴细胞微核细胞率.微核率及骨髓细胞染色体畸变率,尤以照射前后给药为佳.说明rhSOD对小鼠细胞遗传学辐射损伤有明显保护作用.
To study the effects of γ-rays on mouse genetics and the anti-proliferation effect of recombinant human superoxide dismutase (rhSOD) .Methods: The micronucleus rate of lymphocytes was calculated by methylcellulose shrinkage method and the colchicine method The bone marrow chromosome aberration rate analysis.Results: (1) 4.0Gy γ-ray can significantly increase the mouse lymphocyte micronucleus rate, micronucleus rate and bone marrow chromosome aberration rate. (2) rhSOD can reduce the radiation to the mouse lymphocyte micro Micronucleus rate and chromosome aberration rate of bone marrow cells, especially before and after irradiation was better than that of rhSOD, which indicated that rhSOD could protect mice from cytogenetic radiation injury.
