[目的]了解胜利油田高中毕业生的身体健康状况,为指导学生预防保健工作提供科学依据。[方法]按照《普通高等学校招生体检标准》的各项规定及其分类方法,对胜利油田1999~2008年参加高考体检学生的资料进行统计分析。[结果]1999~2008年累计体检33 591人,完全合格的2 394人,合格率为7.13%。合格率呈逐年下降的趋势,不同年份间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。报考专业受限者31 187人,专业受限率为92.84%,不同年份间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);男生合格率(8.12%)高于女生(6.63%),差异有无统计学意义(P<0.01);报考专业受限率为92.84%,考生受限的主要原因是视力低下和身高不足,分别占受限人数的82.61%和11.30%。不合格考生10人,不合格率为0.03%;不合格的主要原因是心脏病或其它器质性疾病。[结论]胜利油田高考生体检合格率有逐年下降的趋势,且合格率较低,而报考专业受限率逐年升高。考生视力低下极为严重。加强中小学生视力保护、提高综合素质应做为当前学校卫生保健工作的重点而引起足够重视。
[Objective] To understand the health status of senior high school graduates in Shengli Oilfield and provide scientific basis for guiding students to prevent and care. [Methods] According to the regulations of “physical examination standard of college enrollment” and its classification method, the data of students taking physical examination in entrance examination of Shengli Oil Field from 1999 to 2008 were statistically analyzed. [Results] A total of 33 591 medical examinations were conducted in 1999-2008, totally 2 394 were qualified, with a pass rate of 7.13%. The passing rate showed a declining trend year by year, with significant differences between years (P <0.01). There were 31 187 candidates who were professionally restricted, with a professional limitation rate of 92.84%. The difference between the years was statistically significant (P <0.01). The passing rate of boys (8.12%) was higher than that of girls (6.63%), with or without differences Statistical significance (P <0.01). The restricted rate for applicants was 92.84%. The main reason for the restricted candidates was poor vision and height, accounting for 82.61% and 11.30% respectively of the limited number. 10 unqualified candidates, the unqualified rate of 0.03%; the main reason for failure is a heart disease or other organic diseases. [Conclusion] The passing rate of examination for exams of students in Shengli Oilfield has been declining year by year, and the pass rate is low, while the restricted rate of applicants for exams is increasing year by year. Candidates with low vision are extremely serious. Strengthening primary and secondary school students’ eyesight protection and improving their overall quality should be taken as the focus of current school health care and attract enough attention.
