将人胎肝脏经过超速离心和硫酸铵沉淀而得到部分纯化的人胎肝提取物(HFLE),能抑制C_(57)BL/6小鼠和Wistar大鼠脾和胸腺细胞的增殖反应;并能抑制二株小鼠肿瘤细胞的体外生长;但对人三株肿瘤细胞无抑制作用。此种抑制作用没有种的特异性。HFLE对脾细胞增殖反应的抑制作用不是由于它在细胞外与ConA结合或除去ConA的作用,而可能是HFLE与脾细胞共同孵育时培养液中的精氨酸被HFLE所含精氨酸酶耗尽之故。HFLE对L929细胞生长的抑制作用可在RPMI 1640培养液中加入适量的L—精氨酸而被解除。
Human fetal liver was subjected to ultracentrifugation and ammonium sulfate precipitation to obtain partially purified human fetal liver extract (HFLE), which can inhibit the proliferation of splenic and thymic cells in C57BL/6 mice and Wistar rats; Inhibition of the growth of tumor cells in vitro of two mouse strains; but no inhibition on human three tumor cells.
