本文试图从宏观上来探讨目前如何建立一个既适应社会主义市场经济发展需要,又符合教育工作特殊要求的教师管理体系,以优化教育人力资源配置,提高教师工作效率的问题。
This article tries to discuss macroscopically how to establish a teacher management system which meets the special requirements of educational work to meet the needs of the development of socialist market economy so as to optimize the allocation of human resources in education and improve teachers' work efficiency.
