陶瓷材料与金属、有机材料相比,具有良好的绝缘性、高频特性、耐热性和化学稳定性等优点。其中有代表性的氧化铝陶瓷,在电子机器用陶瓷中占主要地位。本文介绍用氧化铅陶瓷制成的集成电路基片(简称IC基片)以及作为功能元件的管壳、多层印刷基片、厚膜功能元件等在电子设备中应用时的各种特性。
Ceramic materials and metal, organic materials, compared with good insulation, high frequency characteristics, heat resistance and chemical stability and so on. Among them, the representative alumina ceramics occupy a major position in ceramics for electronic machines. This article describes the various characteristics of an integrated circuit substrate (referred to as an IC substrate) made of a lead oxide ceramic as well as a functional case such as a package tube, a multilayer printed substrate, a thick film functional element, and the like in electronic equipment.
