目的:利用蛋白质组学方法探讨慢性EECP对高胆固醇血症猪胸主动脉内皮细胞(ECs)蛋白表达的影响。方法:高胆固醇血症猪反搏36 h后,收集胸主动脉ECs进行蛋白质组学检查。结果:与高脂对照组相比,在反搏组多检测到6种蛋白质。结论:慢性EECP调节动脉ECs蛋白表达,通过改善ECs粘附性和脂质代谢及减轻ECs凋亡拮抗高胆固醇脂血症对动脉内皮的损伤作用。
Objective: To explore the effect of chronic EECP on protein expression of thoracic aorta endothelial cells (ECs) in hypercholesterolemia using proteomics. Methods: After hypercholesterolemia porcine counterpulsation for 36 h, the thoracic aorta ECs were collected for proteomics examination. Results: Compared with the high-fat control group, six kinds of proteins were detected in the EECP group. CONCLUSION: Chronic EECP regulates the expression of ECs in arteries and antagonizes the injury of arterial endothelium through hypercholesterolemia by improving ECs adhesion, lipid metabolism and reducing ECs apoptosis.
