采用耦合模理论(CMT)与传输矩阵法(TMM)相结合的方法分析复杂结构的光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)的谱特性。对FBG的CMT进行简化处理,将叠印FBG(SIFBG)的相移项和啁啾项进行合并,得到了简洁准确的SIFBG折射率调制表达式,进而利用TMM对均匀叠印、同啁啾叠印、不同啁啾叠印与同啁啾多次叠印4种结构的FBG的进行了分析与计算,得到了其谱特性,并研究了4种叠印光栅的基本特点与应用。对均匀叠印与同啁啾叠印光栅进行了实际制作与测量,结果与理论基本相符,验证了本文方法的有效性。
The spectral characteristics of a complex structure of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) are analyzed by the combination of coupled mode theory (CMT) and transfer matrix method (TMM). By simplifying the CMT of FBG and combining the phase shift term and the chirp term of the overprint FBG (SIFBG), the concise and accurate SIFBG refractive index modulation expression is obtained, and then TMM is applied to the uniform overprint, the same chirped overprint, the different Chirped overprint and chirped overlayed four structures of FBG were analyzed and calculated, the spectral characteristics were obtained, and the basic characteristics and applications of four kinds of overprint grating were studied. The actual production and measurement of the overprint and the same chirped overprint grating are carried out. The results are in good agreement with the theoretical ones, which verifies the validity of the proposed method.
