In the phenomenon of exchange bias (EB),the magnetization hysteresis loop is shifted along the magnetic field axis by an amount of exchange field (HE),as a result of the exchange coupling at the ferromagnet(FM)/antiferromagnet(AFM) interface. This shift occurs when the system is either field-cooled from above to below AFM Néel temperature or deposited under an applied magnetic field.[1-3] Recently,it has been shown that the dilution throughout an entire AFM layer by a nonmagnetic dopant has a strong influence on the EB,reported both in experiments and Monte Carlo simulations.
