目的观测高温环境对执行训练任务战士外周血IL-17浓度及中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞含量的影响。方法选取健康训练战士160名,随机分为两组,每组80人,分别于(32±1)℃(试验组)和(22±1)℃(对照组)环境中连续训练2 h后,抽取静脉血检测IL-17浓度及外周血中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞含量。结果在高温环境训练40、50、60 min战士的体温分别为(38.74±0.26)、(39.23±0.24)、(39.51±0.34)℃,较常温环境训练的战士明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在高温环境训练40、50、60 min战士的自感劳累等级评分分别为17.62±0.66、18.03±0.56、18.47±0.84,较常温环境训练的战士明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高温训练2 h后战士外周血中IL-17浓度为(7.12±4.03)pg/ml,外周血中性粒细胞为(6.43±1.27)×109/L,淋巴细胞为(9.84±1.36)×109/L,与对照组相比均有明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高温环境能明显增高训练战士体温、自感劳累等级评分、外周血中IL-17的浓度以及中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞数。
Objective To observe the effects of high temperature on the concentrations of IL-17 in peripheral blood and the levels of neutrophils and lymphocytes in training warriors. Methods A total of 160 healthy training warriors were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 80 in each group. After continuous training for 2 h at (32 ± 1) ℃ (experimental group) and (22 ± 1) ℃ (control group) Venous blood was collected to detect the concentration of IL-17 and peripheral blood neutrophil and lymphocyte content. Results The body temperature of soldiers trained at high temperature for 40, 50, 60 min were (38.74 ± 0.26), (39.23 ± 0.24) and (39.51 ± 0.34) ℃ respectively, which were significantly higher than those trained at normal temperature P <0.05). At 40, 50, 60 min after training in hot environment, the soldiers’ self-perceived overwork scores were 17.62 ± 0.66, 18.03 ± 0.56 and 18.47 ± 0.84 respectively, which were significantly higher than those trained at normal temperature (P <0.05) . The concentration of IL-17 in peripheral blood was (7.12 ± 4.03) pg / ml, (6.43 ± 1.27) × 109 / L in peripheral blood and (9.84 ± 1.36) × 109 / L, compared with the control group were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion High-temperature environment can significantly increase the body temperature of training fighters, self-feeling fatigue grade score, the concentration of IL-17 in peripheral blood and the number of neutrophils and lymphocytes.
