高校图书馆员的员工绝大多数人是安心工作,敬业爱岗的,但也不可否认,其中也潜藏一些负面的心理状态,主要表现为:自咎心理、自愧心理、自弃心理、自卑心理、自馁心理。产生这种负面的心理,主要是社会价值多元化和客观环境以及个人心理的承载能力的影响。要化解负面心态,除了不断改善图书馆的客观条件以外,最为重要的还是要依赖于员工的自勉、自审、自信、自许和自尊。
