环控生保系统中的金属容器不可避免地含有缺陷或裂纹,它们可能会导致高压容器在使用过程中发生突发灾难性事故。因此断裂控制是压力容器研制过程中的关键步骤。目前各种无损检测技术无法确定小裂纹、紧闭裂纹和冶金缺陷,压力验证试验却能弥补这方面的不足。本文对验证试验方法进行了专门的分析和讨论,评述了验证试验的各种影响因素,提出了成功进行试验的保证条件,并以某特种钢压力容器为例进行了分析讨论。
Metallic containment systems in containment systems inevitably contain defects or cracks that can cause catastrophic catastrophic failure during use. Therefore, fracture control is the key step in the development of pressure vessel. At present, various nondestructive testing techniques can not determine small cracks, tight cracks and metallurgical defects, and pressure verification tests can make up for the deficiencies in this respect. In this paper, the verification test methods were analyzed and discussed in detail. Various influencing factors of the verification test were reviewed. The conditions of successful testing were put forward. The analysis and discussion of a special steel pressure vessel was taken as an example.
