两限普通商品房是国家为完善住房供应保障体系,缓解住房供应结构不合理的矛盾,解决中等以下收入家庭的住房困难,为中低收入者开发建设的普通商品房住宅,其具有限定面积和限定销售价格的特定特点,增加了成本控制的难度。本文在调查分析的基础上,利用项目管理的相关理论,分析两限普通商品房的成本控制的原则,并给出加强两限普通商品房成本控制的有效途径。
