阐述了国产化燃料组件上管座单元件的材料焊接性能及焊接工艺,进行相应的母材熔敷性、均匀性、熔透性以及管座实体焊接试验,摸索出符合技术条件要求的焊接工艺:上管座单元件的焊接接头为无坡口对接形式;采用手工组装点焊+自动焊+微缺陷手工补焊的方法;采用变速焊接,在板簧槽段和收弧段提高焊接速度。采用该工艺开展焊接鉴定,结果均符合技术条件要求。
The material welding performance and welding process of the base unit of the domestic fuel assembly are described. The welding, homogeneity and penetration of the base metal, as well as the solid welding test of the base are carried out, and the welding process that meets the technical requirements : Upper socket unit welded joints for the non-grooved docking form; manual assembly by spot welding + automatic welding + micro-defects manual welding method; using variable speed welding, in the plate spring groove and arc-closing segment to improve the welding speed. The use of the process to carry out welding identification, the results are in line with the technical requirements.
