采用菌丝生长速率法和孢子萌发法测定了25%吡唑醚菌酯乳油对苹果斑点落叶病病菌和苹果轮纹病病菌的毒力,并进行了田间药效试验。结果表明,25%吡唑醚菌酯乳油对苹果斑点落叶病病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的EC50分别为0.176 3、0.275 5μg/mL;对苹果轮纹病病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的EC50分别为0.033 3、0.602 9μg/mL;第4次施药后16天,25%吡唑醚菌酯乳油1 500、2 000、2 500倍液对苹果斑点落叶病的防效为96.72%~98.69%,采收后30天对苹果轮纹病的防效为93.17%~99.15%,显著或明显好于43%戊唑醇悬浮剂3 000倍液和80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂700倍液。
