以 Alcl_3·6H_2O 的形式分别给予 wistar品系大鼠含铝量分别为0.1%、0.2%和0.4%的饲料,喂养三个月,观察不同剂量的Alvl_3对大鼠的行业功能的影响,包括(1)学习记忆;(2)活动性;(3)肌肉协调能力的行为功能试验。分别采用微控操作性条件反射仪、微控动物运动解析装置和转棒测试装置。并测定血液和脑生化指标。结果表明:0.1、0.
The rats in wistar strain were treated with 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.4% aluminum respectively for three months in the form of AlCl_3 · 6H_2O. The effects of different doses of Alvl_3 on the industrial function of rats were observed, including (1 ) Learning and memory; (2) activity; (3) muscular coordination of behavioral functional tests.
