粗铜中金银的测定,多采用化学分离大量铜后,再以试金法进行测定(简称湿干合法).该法分析流程长,操作繁琐,不适于生产的需要.本文拟定了加入过量氧化铅,在低硅酸度下,使大量铜造渣,残留于铅扣中的少量钢对灰吹无影响,实现了不经分离直接火试金法测定.结果表明本法比温干合法简便、快速,准确度高,用于我厂粗铜分析取得了较好的效果.一、氧化铅加入量及硅酸度试验在加入氧化铅量为铜量的20至30倍,硅酸度为0.5~1.5时铅扣中含铜量如图1和图2.
