忆当年,师范毕业,书生意气,挥斥方遒。每每设计教案,总遥想起承转合尽在掌握。开篇的唯美,承接妙语连珠,讲得酣畅淋漓,学生听得入迷。铃声响时,还教得意犹未尽。看如今,十年课改,岁月历练,从“教”到“学”。课堂不再炫技,转冗长的抒情为虔诚的倾听,把台下混沌一片的学生整体,还原为真实、丰富、具体的儿童。儿童阅读、儿童视角、儿童学习方式成为主旋律,关注儿童兴趣,将儿童的“声音”化为教学资源,悉心策划、支持儿童的学习活动,走出课堂,学味悠长……
