汉防己甲素(简称汉甲)为治疗矽肺有效药物;其氮氧化物的衍生物汉防己甲素-N-2′氧化物(简称汉甲-NO),对实验性矽肺亦已证实有相似的疗效,本研究比较了这两种药物对巨噬细胞和2BS细胞的细咆膜通透性及2BS细胞DNA合成的影响。观察到汉甲-NO引起细胞膜通透性异常改变明显地小于汉甲,对2BS细胞DNA合成的抑制作用约为汉甲的1/20~1/25,说明汉甲-NO对体外培养的细胞毒性显著地低于汉甲。
Tetrandrine (abbreviated as Han) is an effective drug for the treatment of silicosis; its nitrogen oxide derivative tetrandrine-N-2’oxide (abbreviated as Han-NO) has also been shown to be similar to experimental silicosis. The efficacy of this study compared the effects of these two drugs on fine diaphragm permeability of macrophages and 2BS cells and DNA synthesis of 2BS cells. It was observed that the abnormal change of cell membrane permeability induced by han-a-NO was significantly less than that of hanjia, and the inhibitory effect on DNA synthesis of 2BS cells was approximately 1/20 to 1/25 of that of hamster, indicating that hammidine-NO had in vitro cultured cells. The toxicity is significantly lower than that of hanjia.
