带压修井作业技术,是近年来中国石油集团公司修井技术发展中的新亮点,是修井作业技术和工艺的一场革命。对于油水井而言常规压井不仅施工成本高、时间长,而且污染油层、堵塞油水通道,影响产量和注水效果;而采用放喷泄压,又破坏地层能量平衡、压力恢复时间长、地下注采单元内油井产量会受到影响,而且放喷排放含油污水还给环境污染带来重大隐患,也增加了罐车等的拉运费用和再次注水费用。带压作业无需放喷泄压,可有效的保护储层,它已是“稳定和提高单井日产量”的一项重要手段。新疆油田水井维修周期较长,井内无相应的井底开关阀,井内除垢和油管内堵塞技术是制约带压技术的关键环节;新疆油田公司根据自身井况研制了相应的堵塞工具,取得了不错的成绩;对于井内结构复杂,结垢严重的井提出新的思路和改进方法。
