目的 :研究转移抑制基因 nm 2 3表达产物二磷酸核苷激酶 (NDPK)和基底膜主要成分 型胶原在喉癌中的表达与颈淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法 :应用 S- P免疫组织化学方法检测 6 9例声门上型喉癌 nm 2 3/ NDPK、 型胶原的表达。结果 :喉癌 nm 2 3/ NDPK阳性表达率、 型胶原完整表达率分别为 6 2 .2 % (4 5 / 6 9)、39.1% (2 7/ 6 9) ,在颈淋巴结转移组中分别为 36 .4% (12 / 33)、2 1.2 % (7/ 33) ,在无颈淋巴结转移组中分别为 91.7% (32 / 36 )、5 5 .6 % (2 0 / 36 ) ,差异有显著性。 nm 2 3/ NDPK不表达、 型胶原不完整与颈淋巴结转移相关 ,具有一致性。结论 :nm 2 3/ NDPK、 型胶原表达与喉癌颈淋巴结转移呈负相关 ;nm 2 3、 型胶原在限制喉癌颈淋巴结转移过程中具有一致性。
OBJECTIVE: To study the relationship between the expression of metastasis suppressor gene nm 2 3 (NDPK) and the major component of basement membrane in laryngeal carcinoma and cervical lymph node metastasis. Methods: The expression of nm 2 3 / NDPK and collagen in 69 cases of supraglottic carcinoma was detected by S-P immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive expression rates of nm 2 3 / NDPK and collagen in laryngeal carcinoma were 62.2% (45/69) and 39.1% (27/69) respectively, respectively, which were significantly higher in cervical lymph node metastasis group Were 36.4% (12/33) and 2 1.2% (7/33) respectively, and were 91.7% (32/36) and 55.6% (20/36) respectively in the cervical lymph node metastasis group Significant. nm 2 3 / NDPK is not expressed, type collagen is incomplete and cervical lymph node metastasis-related, consistent. CONCLUSION: The expression of nm 2 3 / NDPK and collagen is negatively correlated with the cervical lymph node metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma. The nm 2 3 and collagen play a role in limiting the cervical lymph node metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma.
