Objective: To investigate the effect and clinical value of nursing intervention on spontaneous labor during first delivery for anxiety and postpartum pain hemorrhage. Methods: From January 2014 to February 2016, 150 cases of spontaneous labor primipara in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 75 cases in each group. The control group was given routine obstetrical care, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The two groups of maternal anxiety, postpartum pain bleeding were compared. Results: The scores of SAS and VAS in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group at 24h and 48h postpartum. The birth process was significantly shortened, and the amount of bleeding at 24h after birth was significantly less than that of control group (P <0.05). There was significant statistical significance between the two groups. Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing intervention on primipara of spontaneous delivery can reduce the degree of anxiety and alleviate postpartum pain and reduce the amount of bleeding, which deserves promotion.
