应用RNA分离、纯化技术对低温(4℃)处理的草菇菌丝体RNA进行分析,发现随着草菇在低温下保存时间的增加,草菇细胞内的大分子量RNA组分有所减少,小分子量RNA组分有所增加。
RNA isolation and purification techniques were used to analyze the mycoplasma RNA of Agrobacterium tumefaciens treated with low temperature (4 ℃). It was found that the content of large molecular weight RNA in straw mushroom cells decreased with the increase of the storage time of straw mushroom at low temperature, Small molecular weight RNA components have increased.
