目的:分析腊梅籽油挥发性成分。方法:采用超临界CO2萃取腊梅籽挥发油,用GC-MS技术分析。结果:分离并鉴定出了43个组分,主要成分相对质量分数是:腊梅碱(51.88%)、腊梅二碱(11.43%)、正-三十五烷(11.49%)、癸二酸(9.67%)、1,1-二乙氧基-3,7-二甲基-2,6-辛二烯(3.40%)、亚油酸甲酯(3.38%)、2,13-二(十八烯)-1-醇(2.90%)、β-榄香烯(1.90%)、3-十六炔(1.82%)、十六烷酸甲脂(1.78%)、氧化石竹烯(1.49%)、软脂酸(1.48%)、斯巴醇(1.07%)。结论:首次从腊梅中分离并鉴定出β-榄香烯、法呢醇、斯巴醇。
Objective: To analyze volatile components of wax seed oil. Method: Supercritical CO2 was used to extract the volatile oil of Lambert seed and analyzed by GC-MS. RESULTS: 43 components were isolated and identified. The relative contents of the main components were: lamelline (51.88%), lameline (11.43%), n-pentadecane (11.49%), sebacic acid (9.67) %), 1,1-diethoxy-3,7-dimethyl-2,6-octadiene (3.40%), methyl linoleate (3.38%), 2,13-bis (18 Alkenyl-1-ol (2.90%), β-elemene (1.90%), 3-hexadenes (1.82%), hexadecanoic acid methyl ester (1.78%), caryophyllene (1.49%), Palmitic acid (1.48%), Spanol (1.07%). Conclusion: For the first time, β-elemene, farnesol and spartanol were isolated and identified from waxberry.
