目的:观察冬虫夏草(虫草)对人成纤维细胞ICAM-1及CD126表达的影响,探讨虫草抗肝纤维化的机制。方法:采用细胞培养法,于培养液中加入不同浓度的冬虫虫草。通过流式细胞仪观察经分子探针标记的ICAM-1及CD126阳性细胞数。结果:正常培养条件下,人成纤维细胞表达ICAM-1、CD126阳性率分别为(86.63±5.94)%和(77.95±4.68)%,虫草能明显抑制其表达。结论:冬虫虫草能抑制成纤维细胞表达某些细胞粘附分子,这可能是其抗肝纤维化机制之一。
Objective: To observe the effects of Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris) on the expression of ICAM-1 and CD126 in human fibroblasts and to explore the mechanism of Cordyceps militaris on liver fibrosis. Methods: Cell culture method was used to add different concentrations of Cordyceps militaris to the culture solution. The number of ICAM-1 and CD126-positive cells labeled with the molecular probe was observed by flow cytometry. Results: Under normal culture conditions, the positive rates of ICAM-1 and CD126 expression in human fibroblasts were (86.63±5.94)% and (77.95±4.68)%, respectively, and Cordyceps could inhibit its expression. CONCLUSION: Cordyceps militaris can inhibit the expression of certain cell adhesion molecules in fibroblasts, which may be one of the mechanisms of anti-fibrosis.
