目的评价不同冷热循环次数对两种复合树脂黏结后抗剪切强度的影响。方法选择2009年4月至2010年3月于福建医科大学附属口腔医院牙周科因牙周疾病拔除的恒磨牙60颗,根据单纯随机原则分为两组。Solitaire2组(30颗牙)以Solitaire2复合树脂黏结;FiltekP60组(30颗牙)以FiltekP60复合树脂黏结。每颗牙利用颊、舌、近中、远中4个面,在相应牙面的冠中1/3平整处,制作直径2mm,高3mm的圆柱体,每组有40个面的试件,共240个试件。两组牙齿再均分为3组,分别经0次、100次和500次冷热循环(5℃和55℃)后,测定各组样本的抗剪切力,计算抗剪切强度。并在体视显微镜下观察受检试件断面的断裂类型。结果两种品牌的复合树脂冷热循环0次和100次的抗剪切强度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);冷热循环500次时,FiltekP60树脂黏结的抗剪切强度大于Solitaire2树脂(P<0.05)。各组的树脂黏结断裂模式差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冷热循环处理使复合树脂材料的抗剪切强度降低。冷热循环500次时,Solitaire2复合树脂黏结抗剪切强度比FiltekP60复合树脂下降明显。
Objective To evaluate the effect of different hot and cold cycles on the shear strength of two kinds of composite resin. METHODS: From April 2009 to March 2010, 60 permanent molars with periodontal diseases were collected from the Department of Stomatology, Fujian Medical University, Fujian Province from April 2009 to March 2010, and divided into two groups according to the simple random principle. The Solitaire 2 group (30 teeth) was bonded with Solitaire 2 composite resin; the Filtek P 60 group (30 teeth) was bonded with Filtek P 60 composite resin. Each tooth using cheek, tongue, near middle and far in the 4 face, crown in the corresponding dental flat 1/3, making diameter 2mm, 3mm high cylinder, each group has 40 faces of the specimen, A total of 240 specimens. The teeth of the two groups were divided into three groups, and the shear resistance of each sample was measured after 0, 100 and 500 cycles of cold and heat (5 ℃ and 55 ℃) respectively, and the shear strength was calculated. The fracture type of the test specimen was observed under a stereomicroscope. Results There was no significant difference in the shear strength between the 0 and 100 cycles of the composite thermal and thermal cycling of the two brands (P> 0.05). The shear strength of Filtek P60 resin was greater than that of Solitaire2 resin P <0.05). There was no significant difference in resin bond breaking modes between groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions The anti-shear strength of the composite resin material is reduced by the thermal cycling treatment. After 500 cycles of hot and cold cycles, the shear bond strength of Solitaire2 composite resin decreased significantly compared to that of Filtek P60 composite resin.
