本文综合报道了近三年来巴西橡胶花药培养研究的主要试验结果.已有10个材料的花药培养获得植株.品种之间诱导频率差异很显著.MB基本培养基诱导的效果优于MS培养基.对多数材料诱导愈伤组织的较适宜培养基为MB+K、2,4—D、NAA各1毫克/升+CM5%+蔗糖7%.分化胚状体较佳培养基为MB(微量元素扩大一倍)+K0.5毫克/升+NAA0.2毫克/升+GA0.3毫克/升+蔗糖7%.把MB或MS培养基中的大量元素减少20%,微量元素扩大1—2倍,同时补加2毫克/升的GA和0.2—0.5毫克/升的IAA,蔗糖5%,或再加 5—Br0.5毫克/升,是出苗诱导率较高的配方.所得到植株根尖细胞染色体的数目是不稳定的,其中有单倍、二倍及少数多倍的整信性细胞,也有大量的非整倍性细胞.植株移栽成活,生长正常.
In this paper, we report the main results of the research on anther culture of Brazil rubber in the last three years.It has been obtained from anther culture of 10 materials that there is significant difference in the induction frequency among different varieties.MB basic medium is more effective than MS medium.
