目的:通过鉴定暖宫逐瘀丸中挥发油的红外光谱,改进暖宫逐瘀丸的制备工艺。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取暖宫逐瘀丸及处方中部分药材的挥发油后,测定挥发油的傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS),分析挥发油的化学成分。结果:丸剂与药材挥发油的FTIR中存在23个共有峰;共鉴定出52~60种化学成分,特征成分均为5,7,8-三甲基-2-色满酮(8.70%~16.83%)、δ-杜松烯(2.08%~5.51%)、L-4-松油醇(3.34%~10.14%)、柠檬油精(1.15%~8.09%)、桉油精(1.03%~7.71%)。结论:该方法简单、快速、准确,可用于该复方制剂的质量分析。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the preparation process of Nanggongzhuyu Pill by identifying the infrared spectrum of volatile oil in Nonggongzhuyu Pills. Methods: After volatile oil was extracted from Wynne Zhuyu Wan and some prescriptions by steam distillation, the chemical constituents of volatile oil were determined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) . Results: There were 23 common peaks in the FTIR of the volatile oil of pills and medicinal herbs. A total of 52 ~ 60 chemical constituents were identified, and the characteristic components were all 5,7,8-trimethyl-2-chromone (8.70% -16.83% (2.08% -5.51%), L-4- terpineol (3.34% -10.14%), limonene (1.15% -8.09%) and cineole (1.03-7.71% ). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for mass analysis of the compound preparation.
