官职利益化分配倾向在我国发展社会主义市场经济过程中有越来越严重的趋势,已经成为制约我们党建设高素质干部队伍的主要因素。本文着重分析我国官职利益化分配倾向加剧的现实成因,并结合我国正在进行的干部人事制度改革,对解决这一问题提出一些对策性思考。
The trend of more and more profit-oriented distribution of official posts has become more and more serious in the process of developing socialist market economy in our country and has become a major factor that restricts our party in building a contingent of high-quality cadres. This article focuses on the analysis of the realistic causes of the tendency of the distribution of government interests in our country, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve this problem in combination with the ongoing reform of the cadre and personnel system in our country.
