针对5种沥青改性剂Budunsel、PR PLAST.S(简称PRS)、PRCR、SAK、RH,首先对其基本材料性能进行分析和对比,进而将5种材料铺设于试验路段,并通过车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验,研究5种沥青改性剂在农村公路养护中的路用性能。结果表明:SAK及RH温拌沥青改性剂对农村公路养护的施工工艺具有显著的改善效果,且SAK温拌沥青改性剂在性能上优于RH温拌沥青改性剂;PRS、PRCR及Budunsel沥青改性剂能显著提高混合料的高温稳定性及水稳定性,尤以PRS最为明显;对于改性剂SAK和PRS,随着改性剂掺量的提高,沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性能增大,水稳定性基本不变。
Five kinds of asphalt modifiers Budunsel, PR PLAST.S (PRS), PRCR, SAK and RH were firstly analyzed and compared with each other, and then five kinds of materials were laid on the test road. The results show that: SAK and RH warm mix asphalt modifier has a significant improvement effect on the construction technology of rural road maintenance, and SAK warm mix asphalt modifier is better than RH warm mix asphalt modifier; PRS, PRCR and Budunsel asphalt modifier can significantly improve the high temperature stability and water stability of the mixture, especially the PRS is the most obvious; for modifiers SAK and PRS, with the modifier content increased, the asphalt mixture at high temperature resistance to rutting Increased performance, water stability is basically unchanged.
