天津市预应力钢丝一厂在改革开放形势下,转变经营思想,注重市场信息,及时调整产品结构,加强新产品开发,狠抓产品质量,大力推广全面质量管理,走内涵挖潜扩大再生产之路,“七五”期间取得了可喜成绩。在市场疲软最为严重的1990年创造了产量及销售收入的历史最好水平。该厂决心在“八五”期间为我国预应力钢丝生产在大直径、多变形、高强度、低松弛等方面再做新贡献。
