海上平台利用修井机进行调整井作业是实现油田增产、稳产和油田发展的需要和趋势,是替代移动式钻井平台实施调整井作业现实可行的办法之一。采油生产平台的修井机模块是为修井设计的,利用修井机进行调整井作业时在场地存放能力、修井机模块承载能力、修井机提升能力、逃生和救生能力和平台食宿能力等方面均受到限制,对人员及作业情况都构成安全隐患。本文对上述问题展开分析与研究,预测事故发生或造成危害的可能性,提出科学、合理、可行的安全对策措施建议,确保调整井作业安全顺利地进行。
