在兔急性心肌缺血及再灌注情况下,我们用上海医科大学研制的 DXC—400型核孔滤膜细胞变形能力测定仪观察了兔红白细胞流变学变化,并用 一组动物术前给予硝苯啶药物,观察了此药对红白细胞流变学变化的影响.结果表 明,急性心肌缺血和再灌注情况下,红细胞滤过指数(IF)和白细胞阻塞离子浓度 (CP)都显著增高(P<0.01),用药组对红细胞变形能力的保护作用,出现显著效 果(P<0.01).说明急性心肌缺血和再灌注均能显著改变红白细胞血液变学变 化,硝苯啶药物在改善器官灌流量的作用申,不但能扩张血管降低血压,而且还能 通过稳定红细胞变形能力,实现其对心脏的保护作用.
