最近,陕西省统计局和陕西省司法厅组织进行了一次“陕西省违法犯罪人员情况调查”。这次调查,采用随机抽样无记名问卷方式进行,共调查在押犯700名,其中14—25岁青少年犯500名。总体问卷回收率98.7％,有效问卷达到94.1％。本文拟就486份青少年犯的有效问卷进行一些分析,为探索我省青少年犯罪的轨迹提供一些必要的信息和依据。
Recently, Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Statistics and Shaanxi Provincial Department of Justice organized a “survey of crimes committed by criminals in Shaanxi Province.” The survey was conducted using a random sample of not-so-representative questionnaires. A total of 700 inmates were investigated, of whom 500 were juveniles aged 14 to 25. The overall questionnaire recovery rate of 98.7%, 94.1% of valid questionnaires. This article intends to conduct some analysis on 486 valid questionnaires for young offenders, and provides some necessary information and basis for exploring the trajectory of juvenile delinquency in our province.
