操作线图把高炉冶炼过程和有关参数在平面直角坐标系上形象地表示出来。用它来分析高炉冶炼过程、分析改变个别参数对冶炼过程的影响,从而确定增铁节焦的技术措施,十分简便,比较准确。利用操作线图把我厂100米~3高炉1986年的生产状况进行了详尽分析,确定以提高风温,提高烧结矿产量和质量,改善煤气利用作为今年增产降耗的主要技术措施。1987年1至4月,100米~3高炉焦比由1986年的735公斤降到658公斤,降低生铁成本18.50元/吨,节约价值近30万元,取得了显著的经济效益。
Operational diagram of the blast furnace smelting process and related parameters in the rectangular Cartesian coordinate system vividly expressed. Use it to analyze the blast furnace smelting process, analysis of the impact of individual parameters on the smelting process, so as to determine the technical measures to increase iron coke section, is very simple and accurate. Using the operation diagram to make a detailed analysis of the production status of our 100m ~ 3 blast furnace in 1986, we determined the main technical measures to increase the air temperature, improve the yield and quality of sinter, and improve the gas utilization as the increase of output and consumption. From January to April 1987, the coke ratio of 100m ~ 3 blast furnace dropped from 735kg in 1986 to 658kg, which reduced the cost of pig iron by 18.50 yuan / ton, saved nearly 300,000 yuan in value, and achieved remarkable economic benefits.
