中国核电自2015年重启后发展迅速,一方面带动了相关行业的发展,提供了更多可靠的清洁电力,另一方面也给中国电力需求放缓形势下部分核电装机大省带来了较大的调峰压力。基于不同国家核电机组调峰能力及实际运行经验的收集整理,分析了核电机组参与电网调峰的安全性和经济性。通过国内外核电机组类型、运行原理、技术标准等方面的对比分析,研究了中国核电机组参与电网调峰的可行性。最后提出了“十三五”期间中国核电参与电网调峰的相关建议。
Since its restart in 2015, China’s nuclear power industry has developed rapidly. On the one hand, it has driven the development of related industries and provided more reliable and clean power. On the other hand, it has also brought a large part of the installed nuclear power plants in the situation where the demand for electricity in China is slowing down. The peak pressure. Based on the peak regulation capacity of nuclear power units in different countries and the actual operation experience collection and analysis, the safety and economy of the nuclear power generation units participating in the peak regulation of the power grid are analyzed. Through the comparative analysis of types, operating principle and technical standards of nuclear power plants both at home and abroad, the feasibility of China’s nuclear power generation units participating in power peaking is studied. In the end, it puts forward some suggestions on how China’s nuclear power can participate in the peak regulation of the power grid during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period.
