新一轮课程改革给农村基础教育带来了新的变化,赋予了新的内涵,注入了新的活力,深刻影响着农村基础教育的实施。但是轰轰烈烈的新课改在实施过程中也存在着很多问题:思想观念陈旧、教师编制紧缺、师资队伍整体素质低下、经费投入不足、教学资源缺乏、评价机制滞后等。文中针对这些问题提出了一些具体的解决办法:整顿与优化教师队伍建设;农村中小学校的管理应以人为本,突出人性化管理;进一步加大农村义务教育的经费投入;争取多方支持,建立由学校、家庭、社会三结合的教育沟通平台体系;构建新的评价机制,从单一的评价模式向多元化的评价模式转变等。
The new round of curriculum reform has brought new changes to rural basic education, given new connotations, infused new vitality and profoundly influenced the implementation of basic education in rural areas. However, the vigorous new curriculum reform also has many problems in its implementation: outdated ideas, shortage of teachers, low overall quality of teachers, inadequate funding, lack of teaching resources and lagging evaluation mechanism. In this paper, some concrete solutions to these problems are put forward: to rectify and optimize the construction of teachers; the management of primary and secondary schools in rural areas should be people-oriented, humanistic management should be emphasized; further funding for rural compulsory education should be increased; multi- Family, community three education platform for communication system; build a new evaluation mechanism, from a single evaluation model to a wide range of evaluation mode change.
