亚历山大·汉密尔顿(1755—1804年)是美国建国初期的重要政治家。他参加了北美十三个殖民地摆脱英国统治的斗争,积极参与了制定和批准宪法的活动,并在1789年9月——1795年1月出任财政部长。他的实践和思想,在改革国家政体、发展经济、制定外交政策和政党的形成等方面曾发生过重大影响。本文试图从商业资本向工业资本转变这一美国当时所处的历史时代来探讨他的经济政策和思想。
Alexander Hamilton (1755-1804) was an important politician in the early days of the founding of the United States. He participated in the struggle of 13 colonies in North America out of British rule, took an active part in the formulation and ratification of the Constitution, and took over from September 1789 to January 1795 as Minister of Finance. His practices and ideas have had a significant impact on the reform of the state regime, economic development, formulation of foreign policies and the formation of political parties. This article attempts to explore his economic policy and ideas from the commercial capital to the industrial capital, the historical era in which the United States was at that time.
