目的:评价比较IPS e.max Press铸瓷全冠、贵金属烤瓷全冠、镍铬合金烤瓷全冠的临床修复效果。方法:选择IPS e.max Press铸瓷全冠、贵金属烤瓷全冠、镍铬合金烤瓷全冠等3种材料修复上中切牙的患者各90例,参照美国公共卫生服务的相关标准对完成修复后即刻与12个月的修复体进行临床检查和相关评价,内容包括修复体颜色、牙龈边缘着色、继发龋、边缘密合度、牙龈健康状况等。结果:在修复体颜色与牙龈健康状况方面,IPS e.max Press铸瓷全冠与贵金属烤瓷全冠均显著优于镍铬合金烤瓷全冠(P<0.05);在牙龈边缘着色和边缘密合度方面,IPS e.max Press铸瓷全冠、贵金属烤瓷全冠与镍铬合金烤瓷全冠均存在显著性差异(P<0.05),IPS e.max Press铸瓷全冠最佳,贵金属烤瓷全冠次之;3组修复体均未发生继发龋。结论:IPS e.max Press铸瓷全冠修复的临床效果优良,贵金属烤瓷全冠次之,均优于镍铬合金烤瓷全冠。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical effect of IPS e.max Press porcelain crown, porcelain crown and Ni-Cr alloy crown. Methods: Ninety cases of upper edentulous incisors were treated with IPS e.max Press, all-ceramic crowns, porcelain full crown and Ni-Cr alloy crown, respectively. According to the standards of the American public health service Immediately after completion of the repair and 12 months of restoration for clinical examination and related evaluation, including prosthesis color, gingival margin, secondary caries, margin adhesion, gum health and so on. Results: IPS e.max Press crown and porcelain crown were significantly better than those of the Ni-Cr alloy porcelain crown (P <0.05) in terms of prosthetic color and gingival health. In terms of gingival margin and margin In terms of adhesion, there was significant difference (P <0.05) between the IPS e.max Press cast crown, the crown of the noble metal and the crown of Ni-Cr alloy, the crown of the IPS e.max Press was the best, Followed by the noble metal porcelain crown; secondary prosthesis did not occur secondary caries. Conclusion: The clinical effect of IPS e.max Press cast-in-place crown restoration is superior to that of the nickel-chromium alloy porcelain crown.
