随着中等职业学校教学改革的深入,中职语文这门学科如何更有实效地教育学生,成为中等职业学校的教育者们不断探索的问题。职业学校是以服务为宗旨,就业为导向,技能为核心,能力为本位来进行教育,这就要求职业学校培养出来的学生不仅要具备就业所需的专业技能,还应具备未来劳动所需的全面素质和综合职业能力。这要求中职语文教学必须与专业教学结合起来,根据语文和专业的特点,进行有机搭配来实施教学。基于此,分析中职语文教学中存在的问题,并研究相应的对策,旨在唤醒中职学生学习语文的内动力,培养他们健康的情商、高尚的品德、优秀的口才等综合语文能力,为国家培养更多优秀的复合型人才。
