用滚轮试样测定了热处理工艺对18Cr2Ni4WA钢渗碳层组织和接触疲劳性能的影响,优选出了最佳工艺。并从残余奥氏体、未溶碳化物和马氏体回火程度几个方面分析了组织和性能之间的关系。
The influence of heat treatment process on the microstructure and contact fatigue properties of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel carburized layer was determined by roller sample, and the best process was selected. The relationship between microstructure and properties was analyzed from the aspects of residual austenite, undissolved carbides and martensite tempering.
