Objective: To understand the distribution characteristics of unqualified ALT patients in unpaid blood donors in Luoyang and related influencing factors, and to provide the basis for developing a voluntary blood donation recruitment strategy. Methods: The data of unpaid blood donors in Luoyang area from January 2006 to December 2008 were collected, and the relationship between ALT unqualified and sex, occupation, educational level and number of blood donation was analyzed by using statistical methods. Results: The male ALT unqualified rate was significantly higher than that of female. The educational level of ALT with the lowest ALT rate among college and above students, the low failure rate of ALT among students and military personnel, the highest unqualified rate of cadres ALT, and the number of blood donation more than one time The failure rate is lower than the first blood donation. CONCLUSIONS: Relatively stable low-risk blood donors are the basis for ensuring blood safety. Highly educated population, students, military personnel and multiple blood donation groups should be the target population to formulate a scientific recruitment plan and actively mobilize them to join the blood donation team Come.
