本文对20、40、T8、T10以及、38CrSi等钢的磨料磨损耐磨性与回火温度、回火时间和冷却方法的关系进行了研究。结果表明,高碳钢(T8、T10)的耐磨性随回火温度的升高和回火时间的延长,开始阶段升高,达到一个最大值后,然后降低。获得耐磨性最大值的回火温度是150℃;而在650℃回火获得耐磨性最大值的时间是40分钟。中、低碳钢(40、20)则在相应的回火温度和回火时间内,耐磨性保持不变。回火脆性的出现使耐磨性下降。上述结果进一步证实热处理后钢的耐磨性与钢的整体硬度之间不呈简单的线性关系。
In this paper, the relationship between abrasive wear resistance of 20, 40, T8, T10 and 38CrSi steel abrasives and tempering temperature, tempering time and cooling method were studied. The results show that the wear resistance of high carbon steel (T8, T10) increases with the increase of tempering temperature and tempering time, and then increases at the beginning, then decreases after reaching a maximum value. The tempering temperature to obtain the maximum wear resistance was 150 ° C; whereas the time to temper the maximum wear resistance at 650 ° C was 40 minutes. Medium and low carbon steel (40,20) at the corresponding tempering temperature and tempering time, wear resistance remains unchanged. The appearance of temper brittleness decreased wear resistance. The above results further confirm that there is no simple linear relationship between the wear resistance of the steel after heat treatment and the overall hardness of the steel.
