对硅酸钙板坯料厚薄不一、密度低进行了研究,报告了传统的加压工艺加压大、能耗高的的现状,对目前硅酸钙板生产线加压工艺的进行调查,提出了滚压加压的加压工艺,设计了一种新型的专用滚压机。通过对此专用滚压机的技术设计要求进行了研究,详细阐述了该专用滚压机的总体结构和工作原理,并研究分析了其关键技术的设计。实践证明:该专用滚压机在能够保证产品要求的前提下,提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度,易于推广。
