当今社会已步入工业4.0的时代,LED电源测试更着重于效率和协调生产等方面的因素。LED电源测试系统具有无线质量反馈的装置。此装置是以LED电源高效测试器作为下位机,通过无线模块NRF24L01芯片把LED电源质量的检测结果发送到上位机的PC电脑中,也可在上位计算机通过无线模块发送数据改变下位机的上、下限电流参数。这样,测试系统有线上管理,线下监控的功能。经试验证明经此系统测试合格后的LED电源在对影响浪涌电流四个重要因素(如:雷电衰减振荡频率、静电放电频率、电压突变频率、开关动作频率)方面有良好的抵御作用。
