一个古老但又新鲜的事物,成了来自26个省、市、自治区及9个计划单列市代表的议论中心。不管你承认不承认,赞成不赞成,文化市场已经确确实实地存在着、发展着。 既然是文化市场,它就既有与一般市场相通之处,又有与一般市场不同的特殊规律。它影响着精神产品的生产与消费。关注它、研究它,从而取得对文化市场的领导权,是当前不容忽视的一项工作。本刊与文化部社文局、光明日报社联合举办文化市场理论研讨会的目的就在于此。 既是理论研讨,当然就会有不同的看法。通过不同意见的交流与探讨,将有助于深化对文化市场规律性的认识。这次研讨会涉及了文化市场的内涵、文化市场的管理体制、文化市场的立法原则以及如何繁荣文化市场以不断满足人民群众日益增长的文化生活需求等众多的方面,希望能引起读者、特别是做文化领导工作的同志的兴趣,以期共同努力,扶植、促进、引导、调控,管理好文化市场。

The seminar covered many aspects such as the connotation of the cultural market, the management system of the cultural market, the legislative principles of the cultural market and how to prosper the cultural market so as to continuously satisfy the growing needs of the masses of people in the cultural life.
