1.故障现象某压路机在厂内调试过程中,其转向缸导向套处经常发生液压油渗漏故障。拆解转向缸后,发现导向套处的O形圈出现切边或挤压现象,如图1所示。该压路机转向缸为无缓冲式双作用液压缸,其导向套与缸筒的连接方式为卡键式(内半环连接)。损坏的O形圈设置在导向套外圆上,导向套与缸筒无相对运动。其结构如图2所示。 1. Symptom A roller in the factory debugging process, the steering cylinder guide sleeve often occur hydraulic oil leakage fault. Disassemble steering cylinder and found the O-ring at the guide sleeve appears trimming or squeezing phenomenon, as shown in Figure 1. The roller steering cylinder is a double acting unbuffered hydraulic cylinder, the guide sleeve and the cylinder connection method for the card-type (inner half-ring connection). The damaged O-ring is set on the outer circumference of the guide sleeve, and there is no relative movement between the guide sleeve and the cylinder sleeve. The structure shown in Figure 2.
