为保证培养目标的一致性,提高人才培养质量,校企之间的深度合作必不可少。从园林工程技术专业来说,实践和理论并重,校企双方都应该是人才培养体系的主体,需要共同定制合理的培养目标,有效的实训场所以及浓厚的文化教育氛围,达到“训研创”三方面的统一管理建设,对教学体系不断实践改进,共同引进培养优秀教师队伍。通过校企之间的无缝合作,实现学生学习与就业的彼此促进发展,最终达到校企与学生三方共赢的目标。
In order to ensure the consistency of training objectives and improve the quality of personnel training, deep cooperation between school and enterprise is indispensable.
