目的::检测p-Akt和p-FoxO1蛋白在寻常型银屑病皮损中的表达。方法:收集30例寻常型银屑病患者的皮损及30名健康对照皮肤组织,采用Western blot法检测p-Akt和p-FoxO1的表达。结果:与正常皮肤组相比,寻常型银屑病皮损中p-Akt和p-FoxO1的表达水平明显上调,两组具有统计学差异( P<0.05)。结论: Akt和FoxO1可能与银屑病皮损中角质形成细胞的异常增殖有关。“,”Objective:To detect the expression of p-Akt and p-FoxO1 in the lesions of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods:The levels of p-Akt and p-FoxO1 were detected by Western Blot in the lesions from 30 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and normal skin specimens from 30 healthy controls. Results:Compared with the con ̄trols, the expressions of p-Akt and p-FoxO1 were significantly up-regulated in psoriasis vulgaris lesions ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:p-Akt and p-FoxO1 may contribute to the abnormal proliferation of keratinocytes in the lesions of psoriasis vulgaris.
