本文概述了高纯度TATB制备与表征方法的研究工作。在TATB的制备上,选用工业品TATB为原料,用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺进行几次重结晶,得到了高纯度的TATB。在表征方法上,采用定性与定量相结合综合表征TATB方式。该方法包括:红外光谱(IR)、差热分析(DTA)、颜色光谱、氯含量、二甲基亚砜可溶物、灰分含量、液相色谱(HPLC)、极谱、氨基测定法等。
This article summarizes the research work on the preparation and characterization of high purity TATB. Preparation of TATB, the use of industrial TATB as raw material, with N, N-dimethylformamide several recrystallizations, to obtain high purity TATB. In the characterization method, qualitative and quantitative methods were used to characterize TATB synthetically. The method includes infrared spectroscopy (IR), differential thermal analysis (DTA), color spectrum, chlorine content, dimethylsulfoxide solubles, ash content, liquid chromatography (HPLC), polarography, amino group determination and the like.
