Soybean leaf hair morphology on insect resistance, drought resistance, etc. have an important role. In this study, two recombinant inbred lines NJRIKY (KY) and NJRIXG (XG) were used for genetic analysis and QTL mapping of leaf density and length. The results showed that there were significant variations in the two traits among the two populations, with different degrees of super-pro-segregation. There was a significant negative correlation between the two traits (r = -0.49 and -0.62). The heritability of leaf hair density 75.7% -76.8%) were higher than that of the leaf length (45.2% -62.9%). Two major QTLs for leaf hair density were detected (PD1-1 in XG population and PD12-1 in KY population Type contribution rate of 20.7% -36.2% in the genetic constitution of the two groups, while the QTL for interaction accounted for only 0-1.4%, but the undifferentiated micro-effect QTL accounted for 38.1% ~ 56.1% of the total, accounting for a large number of QTLs that were not found in genetic analysis using only the locating program in the past; Rate of only 4.2%, while the contribution rate of micro-effect QTL reached 58.7%. However, the contribution rates of QTL for PLT1 and PL12-1 in XG were 18.3% and 22.5% respectively, accounting for the major components The contribution of QTL and micro-QTLs were small, indicating that the genetic composition of the two populations of the traits are very different. Inheritance of leaf density and length in soybean involves multiple genes / QTLs with different effects.
